THE PROCESS FOR DETERMINING COMPENSATION IS DONE BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND ADDITIONAL BOARD MEMBERS, WHO MAKE SALARY RECOMMENDATIONS UTILIZING REVIEW OF OTHER COMPARABLE ORGANIZATION SALARIES, REVIEW OF OTHER PUBLISHED SALARY STUDIES FOR NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND ASSESSMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CLIMATE. THE SALARY RECOMMENDATIONS ARE THEN PRESENTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR DISCUSSION AND APPROVAL WHEN THE BUDGET IS PRESENTED. |
