Process for Setting Salary of Senior Staff, Parts A. and B.:
The organization has entered into an agreement with the Koret Foundation to provide office space, staffing, and administrative services to the organization. This agreement is renewed annually, and is approved by the Chair of the Board of Directors for the organization. The organization reimburses Koret Foundation for compensation paid to its officer. Officer compensation is allocated to the organization based on time expended; and salary rates are set annually based on comparative data of other Bay Area non-profit organizations and approved by the respective organizations' Board of Directors. |
